Unfortunately, LSHTM does not maintain a general pot of funding to make published articles available open access.

We are managing block grants to support open access publishing for research funded by UKRI and the Wellcome Trust. The funds cover the open access publication in fully open access journals.
Applications for open access funding should be made at the time of submission, and the form can be found here.
